Did you know that it takes approximately three days for energy to move through each of our seven chakras? This is why the clearing process typically spans 21 days. during this challenge, we’ll support each other through the journey, providing updates & valuable insights on our procress & progress, to support our self-reiki practice.
Root, Sacral & Solar Plexus Chakras
During the first week of our challenge, we'll focus on nurturing your physical body. It's time to prioritize rest, meditation, mindful walks in nature, and incorporating a sense of mindfulness into your daily routine. Your self-reiki treatments should last approximately three minutes, allowing you to connect with the energy flow within.
heart chakra
Welcome to week two, where we'll dive into the realm of emotions and the mind. This phase is about delving deeper into your emotional and mental well-being. Double the length of your self-reiki treatments, extending them to six minutes. Embrace self-reflection, practice gratitude, and explore techniques such as journaling to foster emotional and mental clarity.
Throat, 3rd Eye & Crown Chakras
In the final week of our 21-Day Self-Reiki Challenge, we turn our attention to the spiritual body. The lower three chakras support the physical, the heart chakra nurtures the emotional, and the upper three chakras invite us into the spiritual realm. Allow your self-treatments to last for ten minutes, and if you're familiar with the hand positions, incorporate them into your practice. Reiki-certified followers can feel free to utilize sacred symbols to deepen their spiritual connection.
